KIY Cameron 1 day Trip

A dance from the orang Asli
the poorest family that we get to visit to.

Tea farm.....nice and green
in the Rose Valley.

went to the cameron Highlands with the KIY chinese community
very great trip with all those friends.

we depart from KIY,UKM at 12.30am and reached Tapah tol earlier then expected.
we only took 2 hours to reach there as our plan was 4 hours.
went to yum cha in the stalls there and then went back to bus and continue sleep.
the bus departed at 4am from the Tapah station there to the Cameron.
we only took 1 hour++ to reach the Tanah Rata, Cameron.
2 buses for 34 people...waste ya??? many people did not go at last.haiz....

went for a breakfast and face washing in a mamat coffee house there and then we deperted to a tea farm there.
because we want to enter the Kampung orang asli where our buses are too big to enter the road there.
so the people incharge come out witha van and a car to fetch us into the village.
we brought a computer.( a bit lauya) to present the orang asli and also some hampers, food.

had a great time in the village there and we know a lot of things from the conversations with their villagers.
went to Cameron for so many times, this is the first time I visited to the village like this.
it is really a great experience for me.
the villagers present us a dance and we also taught them some simple dance and games.
we also visited to their houses.
many of them got work as Majlis Perbandaran workers.
they also been sent to school for education although they still shy to go into our community.

went to a restaurant in the Brinchang there and had our worthless lunch.
RM8 per person but the food served just Rm4 per person.
haiz....feel like been cheated...lol

went to the Rose Valley and we all had great fun taking pictures there until rain....
haiz...
very heavy rain there until we cannot take any pictures in the non-sheltered part.
so we went into some where which is with shelter, and took a lot of pictures.

went to the cactus valley and the strawberry farm also.
got a great tea time there with gret milk shake and strawberry sundae.
due to the heavy rain, we have no chance to go walk around in the night market.
haha...

went for a steamboat in the Brinchang there.
Rm13 per person.
lol
cold day...great to have steamboat.
4 tables been served.
many types of vegetables seriously.
too full...all vegetables....haha...
this is the 1st time i ate so many vegetables...just not to waste food.
haiz....

had a great dinner with all the members there.
we played around with taking pictures and yum sheng...haha...

we bought some souvenirs back to present our KIY officer.
well.....few of us also drink beers in the bus due to the cold weather.
at last, all slept in the bus.
those guys sat behind the bus seems like slept well but actually they all cannot sleep well due to the cold conditional.
haha...
one of our friends vomit in the bus.
I don't know about ti until I woke up in the Tanjung Malim station there.
but then she is ok now...



this is a very great trip with everyone of you guys.
maybe this will be the last trip for us to go together under this community.
everyone is going to busy preparing for final exam and then going home after that.
hope that you guys all can pass you final exam with flying colors.
hope to have another trip again in the coming future...=)
