back pain

went to Pantai Mutiara Hospital in the morning to seek for a doctor...

my back was hurt due to mucle pain.

luckily it is not serious....

but still, I cannot carry heavy things....cannot bend down my body to pick up things until it is ok.

hope I can recover fast...=)
