study week.

next week will be my study week.

but then, my classes are end today. (Wednesday)

gonna have my study start right the way.

mid sem results are out and I am not doing so well.

maybe is because of my event that make me so busy and have no time to concentrate in study at all.

hoping that my final exam can be better.

worry a lot with my study now.

UM Biz Night 2010

went to UM Biz Night at Tropicanan Golf and Country Resort.

this is the annual dinner of Biz Club from UM

around 120 people there.

not consider a lot.but it is quite brand.

went out to the salon nearby to set up hair with SingYin

went to eat Laksa and Hokkien mee for lunch.

came back house and get started to "war"

make up~~^^

it took us quite long time to play around.

Alvin back from Resort to fetch us earlier then expected.

make him waited for us for 1 hour plus.

got trapped in the traffic jam.

but luckily we got to reach by 7pm.

the ballroom was not very big but very grand.

the original plan was dinner party beside pool

but it was fail because of the technical problems and unexpected weather.

snap a lot of photos and went back home after drop our friend in Majlis Jamek.

she was the student exchange from Switzerland.

she is beautiful and cute girl....

reached home damn late and sleep after bath.

had a great night with Alvin to attend to his night.

decided suddenly yesterday night when Alvin came back and told me that he will be very busy for this week because, he have to prepare for the final stage of his event and his Business Night on the coming Friday.

came back to UKM purposely for online.

and this can make Alvin won't be ma huan to worry about me will hungry or anything in his house alone while no one is there.

no class for today and tomorrow.

classes been canceled.

feel like too free.

a little bit lazy to study.

because I should study as final exam is coming.

it is been quite a few days I not been here.

not just busy but then just a very normal life until I have nothing to post up.

been busy to get retire fast.

why say so?

I am trying my very best to get my jobs done right after the AGM so that I can get to concentrate in my study.

my final exam is coming right the way.

got funny thing happen in my faculty yesterday.

My friend, Vincent found out that he haven't been go to see his mentor for any once in this semester and he cannot get his exam slip.

we decided to cheat the staff in office with the mentor card which belongs to my other coursemate.

we made it. but Vincent were so scare as he never did this before.

so do we.

but he is lucky as the staff is so sleepy while he going to the counter.

quite a funny one as we see him so nervous in the counter there.

well, I lost a lot of chance to enjoy my university life with my coursemate as I been so busy for my event stuffs.

my weekend is time for me to meet Alvin.

not much time I been spent in my lecture hall.

I will run off from lecture hall right after the class is finished, or after I sign the attendance.

sometimes, I skip the class..

now, my event been done, is time for me to get retire now...^^

there are problems in the cable in Alvin's house.

this make all of them cannot online.

this is so terrible as they have to go to McD or any else where for their assignment.

and now, I am in Old Town~~^^

online and study my modelling statistics that I been left behind a lot.

and also, waiting for Alvin while he is going back to UM to do group discussion.

AGM and modul kepimpinan

today is the day for AGM for BSMM.

is the day that I am going to have a released~~~

pass up my position.

finally, is time for me to retire.

so tired to do this job for one year.

the junior who replace me named Thomas.

a good one?

for me, not an ideal one.

but then consider a good one because I have no other choice of candidate.

today, busy from 7am in the morning, until 7pm.

so tired.

AGM is from 7.45am to 1pm.

included the pencalonan for new board AJK.

2pm to 7pm is the time for a modul pengurusan dan pemimpinan.

is a modul that we did for our junior.

to let them know more on our BSMM structure and the way to manage a club in UKM.

quite a tired one.

my session is about monetary and treasurer.

at 5.30pm.

everyone is so tired.

went out to the Mid Valley at night straight after I got back to room and tidy up my stuffs.

meet up with Shawn and Catherine. of course, included my dear Alvin also.

chit chat until late at night

had a fun talk to the cute lovely sweet couple.

Shawn is going back to India.

boring day~~

this is the 1st time of this semester that I said boring...LOL

nothing to do during this boring and quiet Saturday.

this is a quiet Saturday when my college is so quiet.

not much people here. many of them going back to hometown.

only I realized, I been in UKM for almost 1 month since after CNY.

time passed so fast.

I been so busy for my dinner stuff that make myself forget on time.

but now, all passed.

awaiting for tomorrow for the AGM. which will be my very last event with BSMM.

got my report pass through, then I can relax.....

now only I found out I so busy for so long time.

and when Alvin is not in KL, I will be so boring and sien.

went out to offices to get signature for my reports.

can you believe it? all my event stuffs are coming to the real end.

although I am still planning for my treasurer stuffs.

trying to get it done as soon as possible.

went out for a class in the evening.

this is just a crap class as we been asked to do an stupid exercise in the class and summit it within 2 hours.

we tried the best to get it done and at last, the whole class summited the same answer.

went out for a meeting in the pusat kesihatan for the BSMM.

this will be our last meeting and the coming Sunday will be our AGM.

I been "betrayed" badly behind.

KIY annual dinner

today is the annual dinner of KIY, my college.

it was not a bad dinner. but then still, got some mistakes that they did not do the things right.

after I been a director of my BSMM annual dinner, i can understand quite a lot of things.

but then, they made some mistakes that they should can avoid.

the catering is not bad one. but then the food supplied is not enough for guys.

a table of 10 people only been given 5 pieces of chicken.

this is seriously not enough.

especially for guys.

my table are full of guys. those guys from engineering school.

so big appetite. haha...

we had fun to snap photos.

those photos will be uploaded on facebook soon as I did not bring my own camera.

awaiting for my friends to get those photos.

our pengetua college is leaving us after this college.

tears are in his eye when he is singing and when all of our friends sing songs for him.

everyone of the officers and those VIP are seems having fun.

today is Wednesday.

a busy classes day again.

so many classes since 8am.

got a sudden assignment in class and need to be summited up in 20 minutes.

what the hell that she asked us to translate BI to BM.

finally got it done went out for a lunch.

came back for meeting with my AJK and continue the class in the afternoon.

finally all classes are done and have a short discussion with coursemates on an assignment.

got back to room at last and starting to get busy with my event reports and other stuffs.

started to do my assignment at night and I did two.

got done my part. now is time to wait for others to do their parts and I can complete it.

not feeling very well since morning as not get so enough sleep

my stomach is not so listen to me since yesterday night after I got a gastric.

now, my stomach full of "angin" and this make me feel so irritating.

haiz....

cannot get full concentrate.

gonna make my another assignment done by tomorrow so that i do not need to face someone that I hate some more.

hope everything is done well and smooth tomorrow.

Camtasia Studio 6

"Camtasia Studio 6"...this is a new software that I just download today.

the main purpose is for my new assignment.

learned about the function just now after I took an one hour plus nap at 9pm.

so tired.

slept so late at night. then travel from PJ in the afternoon.

class at 2pm.

these make me so tired.

the train (ktm) keep on delay.

from 12.02pm to 12.14pm.

back to Camtasia, it is a nice and easy used software for a presentation where we do not need to attend ourself in front of everyone and you can make presentation.

you can choose to record yourself or only your sound.

haha....

quite nice and cute one.

getting more and more fun to use it.

everything seems back to normal.

can I take it and get used to the life with only the stress from my academics?

got an assignment today.

going to make it finish fast so that i can start to concentrate in study as a full time student starting next week.

after finish my modul kepimpinan on this coming Sunday.

tidy up my event stuff in the store room for half and hour today.

and i got back a lot of things where I do not know where to put it,

watched this movie ion Tropicana Mall just now.
a nice and charming movie.
talked about the half god & half human boy trying so hard to save his mom and the world.
the story line is still ok.
love it a lot as I love this kind of mythology story a lot that talked about gods and human.

went to Carefour in the Tropicana Mall as well...
hate those workers who all act so bad in manner.
when we asked about the polystyrene foam board, no one knows what is that.

and the cashier, so bad the manner as I pay separately with Alvin.
she look at my paper bad and "throw" it on the cashier.
I straight away look at her and ask "why".
then she only pick it up and scan. in the condition like she get forced.
what the.........
where got people working in this way?
if you don't like, just do not do customer service job.
break my image towards Carefour.

went to the Murni in PJ there for supper.
so many people there.
the business are so good until kena kacau by the majlis perbandaran.
those people always came to kacau and snap photos to control the tables that the shop open to extend their business in a "black" way.
the food are so great to eat and nice.

annual dinner BSMM-my biggest event in UKM

today is the actual day for my event.

finally it is here. since after I started to plan on it since April of year 2009.

almost one year.

so fast the time passed.

many things have been done and been gone through because of this event.

I learned a lot of things and saw a lot of politics problems between all those pegawai.

the issue is so sensitive and complicated.

been worked so hard and run here and there for all the stuffs that my pegawai wanted just hope the dinner can run well.

but then there are still a lots of things that I need to learn and focus for the event that I been ignore it in the very last minutes.

when I got know, it is too late.

protocol stuffs is the most terrible and hardest to learn ever.

so many things have to be considered.

pangkat, positions and relationship.

feeling so fed up and tired of these things.

i did a big big mistakes that I miss out one of table for one kolej which is 26 peoples and I only written 16 peoples.

so sorry about this happened on them.

this is really my mistake that I did not double check again.

went out to the office of En Zanudin (my penasihat) to get his advise and ask about the protocol stuffs.

finally it is been done by 7.30am.

we started to get the tables and chairs to be arranged in the hall after that and we done it by only 6 girls and by 10am.

fabulous and well done to all my AJK helping.

we starting to get the prizes giving out at night to be arranged on the stage after that.

while waiting for my AJK to come over or going out for lunch, I started to arrange the seats for my VIP.

everything is still in schedule except when my catering people who promised me to come over at 10am but at last change to 1pm and when they actually come is 3pm. (after they praying)

damn hell that they some more come with the wrong amount of the tables' clothes that we need.

I asked for 40 and they come with only 15!!!

this is really so terrible when they promise to get it all done at 6pm. which i not really agree but have to agree with it.

when the catering second come again at 6pm, they got wrong thing again there with only 10 tables' clothes there.!!!

WTF!!!

I really so fed up with them and finally I scold the manager and she finally go settle the problem for me by get some clothes and cut on the spot.

finally, the tables' clothes issue is been settled at 8pm and I can get all the members to enter the hall.

luckily I planned for do it as buffet style and my VIP reached later then I planned.

if not, I will fainted with the problems that they created for me as we have to served the food on table some more.

all VIP and VVIP reached finally at 8.20pm

one more thing which is out of my plan is they all plan to enter the hall all together where my perarakan that only 5 people (plan) become 30+ people...=.=

this make thing so messy as their seats are well planned and different tables.

finally, my event get to started at 8.30am and finished at 11pm.

it is earlier then what I planned

hate my catering a lot.

she makes things very messy and also she did not get food as what we ordered.

my food are not enough for some guys who is big appetite and they cannot get even the basic food.

no more calling this catering after this time experience.

everything go smooth all night finally.

seriously I need someone to help me.

tomorrow is the day that I been waiting for since last year.

been one year I put my effort on this event and I really hope that event can run well.

so worry about the event as I cannot be the controller on that night.

I only can sit down with the VIP and do nothing if anything happen.

came back to the photostat shop and spend around half and hour there for my buku program again.

finally, came back to my dorms at 2.30pm after go to PK to put down my stuffs.

super duper tired day

today, got a news that my perasmi for my dinner cannot attend to my dinner so suddenly.

this make me have a lots of works to do and I not able to stop my back drop from printing.

no idea, have to use the one not nice de already....haiz...

went to Canselori after got the news, then go to DECTAR for the technical team stuffs.

and then ran to Pusat Kesihatan for another problem.

haiz....

missed my class at 2pm.

cooked a maggi mee at room at 3pm but then got a call to go out for another event stuffs at 3.20pm

this make me no chance to eat.

haiz...

at last, i simply eat, then go out again.

spent 2 hours time at the Photostat shop for my event stuffs.

reached back to kolej at 6pm something.

got my dinner.

came back to my dorms finally....

want to get some rest. but still I got a lot of works to do.

haven't got it done until now.

but I gonna stop as I need to study for my Thursday Mid Semester exam.

add oil me....

just sleep for 3 hours yesterday night and travel back to UKM at 6am something in the morning

reached UKM around 7am.

got a bus at 7.30am.

started to work from that time, and my time for today passed like that.

so sad for me.

very sien and tired.
